Vehicle description and condition
We aim to describe every vehicle accurately, including mileage, specification and condition, based on the information available to us at the time of listing. Vehicles are inspected and prepared before sale as described on our website. If you have any questions about a vehicle’s history or condition, please ask us before purchase.
Reservations and deposits

Your rights as a consumer
If you are buying as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that the vehicle must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Part-exchange
Where a vehicle is part-exchanged as part of a sale, its agreed value will be confirmed in writing before the transaction is completed. Valuations are based on the information and condition disclosed to us and may be adjusted if this differs on inspection.
Finance
Where a vehicle is purchased using finance, separate terms from the finance provider will apply. Please see our Finance page for more information.
